Welcome to the All My Relations Book Club—a space where Indigenous storytelling, community, and conversation come together.

In collaboration with the NDN Girls Book Club, we highlight powerful works by Indigenous authors and invite you to read, reflect, and build relationships with us. Our format is rooted in conversation and designed to move at your pace.

Here’s how it works:

  • 1) Author Interview Podcast

    We begin with a recorded conversation between the author, Matika, and Temryss.

    Together, they explore themes from the book, always opening with our signature three-question segment:

    1. What are you ingesting that’s nurturing your creative process?

    2. What does your creative process look like?

    3. What life experience made you feel safe enough to stand behind your words?

  • 2) Community Book Discussion

    Join our hybrid book club gatherings—hosted on Zoom and at Tidelands—where we share reflections, ask questions, and grow together as readers and relatives.

  • 3) Live Author Event

    We close each cycle with a live podcast event featuring the author at Tidelands.

    You’re invited to join us in person or virtually as the conversation continues.
